2022 R.E.A.L. HG&D Registration
This is the registration form for the 2022 Human Growth and Development (HG&D) workshops offered by Cedarburg Parents for Responsible Human Growth and Development Education. We offer workshops for 7th, 8th and 9th graders.
Please use a new form to register each student.

7th Grade: Saturday, February 5th and Sunday, February 6th - 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
8th Grade: Saturday, January 29 - 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
9th Grade: Saturday, February 12 - 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Course Descriptions
7th Grade
Sex Ed 101
This session, which takes place over two half-days, is designed to introduce 7th graders to core information about puberty, anatomy, fetal development and birth, and the importance of keeping oneself and one's partners safe and healthy. (Saturday snacks and Sunday pizza provided)
8th Grade
Healthy Relationships and Life Planning
In this half-day course, we will discuss how to identify healthy and unhealthy dating behaviors and think about how relationships fit into other life goals. (Snacks provided)
9th Grade
Consent in Relationships
This half-day course will help 9th graders think about how to stay healthy and self-advocate within dating relationships. (Snacks provided)
All courses will be held at the Cedarburg Police Department Community Room, W75 N444 Wauwatosa Road
There is no fee to attend these workshops. Donations are accepted at the time of the workshops to help offset the cost of materials.
Snow days will be scheduled if a course is cancelled due to weather.
COVID Information
We are unable to verify vaccination status, so all students and instructors will be required to wear masks. We will follow CDC guidelines that are current at the time of our courses, understanding that conditions will continue to change. We are a small volunteer group of parents, and we are doing our best to continue this program. Parents are responsible for ensuring that CDC COVID prevention and mitigation guidelines are followed related to course attendance.
