The Economic Alliance of Kankakee County works to improve all aspects of our community in attracting, retaining and growing development to our area, specifically by collaboratively working with our business, education and workforce sectors.

One focus is to support our primary employer's efforts to retain and attract talent. Human resource departments - be it a single person or an entire unit - are critical in the workplace.

The Kankakee Area Human Resource Managers Association is a group of individuals in the Kankakee River Valley engaged in human resource management.  KAHRMA offers support among members and within the community for human resource related matters, helping connect and advance your career or business.
