Directions for using this form:

1. Use this form to select your high school courses for next year.

2. For your 2 elective choices please list them in order of most desired to least desired. All efforts will be made to give each student their top choices but we can not guarantee that everyone will receive their top choices.

3. PLEASE use your best judgement when selecting an "Honors" course. "Honors" selections should be supported by either an A or B in the subsequent 8th Grade course and/or a 4 or 5 on the 8th Grade EOG the subject area.
