Arrival day: on Friday the 1st October 2021 (evening)
Departure day: on Thursday the 7th October 2021 (morning)

You can arrive or depart a couple of days earlier, but extra days cannot be covered by the project.

Do not buy your plane tickets till you do not receive the official confirmation from the organisers.
