1. Full payment or submission of SkillsFuture credits claim must be made before registration can be confirmed.
2. Written notification is required for registration withdrawal.

Registration and Payment Policy
1. Online registration forms must be duly completed accompanied with the full amount of course fees and/or submission of the SkillsFuture credits claim.
2. Upon receiving your payment or SkillsFuture credits claim, an acknowledgement and receipt will be sent to you in writing via email or post to notify you that you have been registered for the course.
3. There will be no refund nor make-up lessons should the participant fails to attend any of the classes.

Refund Policy
1. Withdrawal of the course must be made in writing either via email to corporate@renhai.com.sg or post to the above address.
2. If the written notice of withdrawal is received more than one week before the commencement of the course, course fees will be refunded after a deduction of $100 withdrawal fee.
3. There will be no refund if withdrawal is received less than one week before the commencement of the course, there will be no refund of course fees.

Consent for Use of Personal Data
By submitting this form, I consent to my personal data being collected, disclosed to, and used by Renhai Centre Limited, C3A and its relevant partners, for purposes that shall include but not limited to the following: course administration, keeping me informed of relevant information on programmes, research and other publicity relating to active ageing (via sms, email and/or other modes of communication, whether mobile electronic or otherwise), as well as for statistical studies, comparison, research and/or any other related use. Do note that photographs and videos may be taken during the course for publicity purposes.
