I promise to take care of each device I use by carrying it carefully. I understand other students depend on using these devices, too.

I promise to log out of my device, put it away, and make sure it is charging so that it is ready for the next person to use.

I will use devices on a table or keep them on my lap--never on the floor where people might trip.

I will never leave my device on the floor where it can be broken, even if it's just for a second.

If I am not respectful to devices I may not be able to use it for the rest of the day or during the next class period.

I will keep my usernames and passwords private and will not log in using someone else's accounts.

During work time I will only work on my assignment.

I will only access websites and programs that are approved choices by the teacher I am with.

I WILL NOT USE YOUTUBE TO SEARCH FOR VIDEOS OR LISTEN TO MUSIC.

I will let my teacher know if I see something that makes me feel uncomfortable or if someone is doing something unsafe.

I will put information into my own words instead of stealing other peoples ideas from books or websites by copying.

I will log out of my device at the end of our work time-- even when it's hard to stop.

If I am not responsible with technology I may not be able to use it for the rest of the day or during the next class period.

I will not use technology to say mean things or use bad language.

I will not search, share or create images of guns, blood, violence or anything else that is inappropriate

I will T.H.I.N.K. before I comment or give feedback on another student's work. (Is it true, helpful, important, necessary and kind?)

I will do my best work and try new things even when it's hard. I will help others when I can.

If I am not positive with technology and I choose to be unkind or inappropriate, I may lose technology for an extended period of time until I can earn trust to try again.
