Please let us know that you will be able to attend our feedback session November 2 from 6-7 p.m. and if you have childcare needs. Please note that children must be at least 3 years old and MUST BE toilet-trained to participate in childcare and there is a $5 fee per child (cash or check only). The proceeds from childcare will go to our DP students to help fund upcoming trips and/or testing fees. Please fill out the form for each adult attending, but only one person will need to complete the child care request.
