This google form must be completed in order to participate in the graduation commencement ceremony on May 28, 2021.  All forms must be submitted no later than Friday, May 7, 2021.  

Please read all important graduation information below before submitting your form:

*You must abide by the attendance laws set by the state of Texas, comply with all policies and procedures set by White Settlement ISD and Brewer High School, and successfully complete all graduation plan requirements in order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

*If you are participating in the graduation ceremony,  then practice on May 28, 2021 at 10:00 am is MANDATORY.  Any student not in their spot on time to practice will be removed from the Commencement Ceremony.  Students may dress casually, but appropriately.  We will not allow any guests to attend practice.
Transportation will be provided by BHS and all seniors are encouraged to park at the high school and ride the bus.  Parking at Dickies Arena is $20.  If you drive yourself to practice, you will pay $20 for practice and $20 for the graduation ceremony.  Practice usually lasts about 1 1/2 hours.  Please plan accordingly if you work.

*Graduates will need to arrive at Dickies Arena no later than 5:30 pm on May 28th in their proper graduation attire.  Remember to leave all purses, bags, and electronics with family members or in your car.  You will not be allowed to carry purses or store them in the arena.  You may keep your cell phones with you, but keep them put away once the ceremony begins.  

*All students, parents, and guests must abide by the guidelines and procedures for this special event.  NO AIR HORNS, taped signs, or throwing streamers, etc allowed.  Guests will be removed from the arena and unable to return if any unapproved item or disrespectful behavior is observed.  Guests will be required to walk through a metal detector upon entry into the arena and bags will be searched.  

*The number of guests that each graduate will be allowed will be determined at a later date, pending CDC guidelines and Dickies Arena procedures.  

*It is the responsibility of the graduate to take care of all requirements, behave appropriately, and meet all deadlines in order to participate.
