PSR Registration Form 2023-2024
This form will register your child or children for PSR.  The first session will be Sunday, September 10 at 9:00 am.. The cost of the program is $40 per child. Payment can be made online through the Faith Direct link:  (https://membership.faithdirect.net/givenow/OH989/44417).  If you prefer, you may pay by check made payable to St. Matthew Parish.

***Because of the unique content for sixth grade (the Old Testament), seventh and eighth grade (preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation), home school options are not available for these grades.  In-person sessions only for sixth, seventh and eighth grades!
