In Episode Two, Jon learned a lot about what goes into being a galaxy defender. Because he has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Jon will need to do things a little bit differently than some of his friends. He's got a special "cake recipe" of a body, without a certian type of muscle protein called dystrophin.

But this doesn't mean Jon isn't a heroic galaxy defender like Captain Jack. It just means Jon needs to remember to follow the guidance of his doctors, and keep track of the stuff that helps him feel his best: his medicine, his diet and his physical activities.
