Participation Fee: 20 euros.  This includes the tournament kit prizes,, other posible giveaways like byes  for tournaments and a % of the ticket fee in shop credit (to be defined, maybe it will cover drinks inside the venue).
That's the minimum needed to cover cost of all prizes and space rental with the min of 20 players. If the participation increase the remnant money will be paid back (everybody will get participation prize anyway)

In terms of byes for tournaments as a regional tournament it will grant  to the winner a bye for the spanish national  that will probably happen on September and very probably Flea Bottom will be part of the Road to Stahleck program the winner will receive a buy for the start fee of both the Joust and Melee tournaments of that tournament.

Schedule of Activities!!!

Flea Bottom Madrid it is planned to be a full weekend experience with plenty of time for the jousters to gang-up and discover the city. The extra activities are optional of course.

14th April 12.30 PM - 16:30 PM: Flea Bottom's Hospitality. Tapas city tour.

An Informal tour visiting authentic bars (Carlos' trustees: no touristic crap) , eating tapas for brunch/lunch. If your time of arrival lands in the middle of this time range but still you wanna join do not hesitate to contact the TO to check for a meeting point. (The drinks and food consumed here are not included  in the participation fee).

14th April 16:30 PM - 17:30PM: Check In Time.
At this time we will move to either the Golden Alcala Hostel or the Travelodge Alcala hotel (tournament organization´s recommended accommodations, see below ) to let the people check in the hotel which is close to the haven of Kingdom Wargames. If you booked  another accomodation this would be the perfect time to do your own check-in if you want to join at some point of the next stage.

14th April 17:30 PM - 2:00AM. Casual Sparring  at Kingdom Wargames it is declared on Friday's evening. This is the time for chatting, share drinks, warm up and playtest in a very casual mood. The time of "galantries" before the fights of Saturday's Joust. Kingdom Wargames it is a Cardgames/Tabletop playing club so we can order food there and enjoy some drinks there (drinks from the outside are not allowed).

Prices for Flea Bottom participants:

Soft Drinks (50Cl)=2euros
Big Beer (50CL) = 2 euros
Small Beer (33CL)= 1,5 euros
Long Cocktail Drinks (Gin Tonic, Cuba Libre..) =5 euros
Dinner Meal: depending of grupal choices ranging from 5 to 10 euros.

15th April 10.00 AM. Tournament check-in.

15th April 10.30 AM- TBD: Joust Tournament at Kindom Wargames: The final number of rounds, lunch break and total duration of the tournament will be confirmed as soon as the total  players list get updated. There is one free drink included for this day. Also the players can benefit from the prices already listed above.

16th April 10.00 AM-TBD:  Melee Side tournament at Kingdom Wargames. The details of this tournament will be defined depending on the number of remaining participants.

Of course this is just a suggested plan for your Flea Bottom experience. And.. of course improvised nightlife plans like clubbing or similar may appear during those days. Madrid's borough  thrives during the night!

TO recommends Golden Alcala Hostel or Travelodge Alcala since they are  very near to the tournament venue and they have reasonable prices (Madrid it is a relatively expensive city). PLEASE read and answer this form before booking there. If you decided to go for any of TO proposed limited deals and have answered accordingly in the form, TO will reach you back with instructions for Payment  . THERE ARE LIMITED ROOMS in both and specially for the discount promotions.

There is no need to book two nights, one night will benefit of the deal.

IMPORTANT 50% prepaymeent is needed upon reservation, if .  Reservation with The TO (Trough this form, see below)  has to be done before the 15th FEBRUARY and the more you wait the rooms might not be available since they are limited and we do not have any priority with the hotel.
