By signing this form, I acknowledge following: 1) waive any and all rights in, or claims for, any form of payment from the NGN Group for the exercise of rights granted herein. 2) To reach to global audience, the NGN Group may translate into any language 3) will not revoke rights granted in this consent form. 4) I affirm that I have represent the full authority to sign into this agreement and abide to this consent form. I consent that none of the Presented Materials avail by the Participant violates or infringes on any copyrights, patents, confidential information, trademarks, trade secretes or other rights of third party. 5) The Presented Material given to the NGN Group is free of demands, liens and claims and don't require the NGN group to pay any compensation to anyone. 6) Should there be third party claims on use of the Presentation material violates its rights, you agree to cooperate with the NGN group to provide additional information, defend against such claim 7) I hereby release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NGN group, including agents, employees, NGN board members and assigns, from any and all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of the use of the Presented Materials, or any portion thereof, as authorized herein, including without limitation, any liability for libel, defamation or invasion of any right of privacy. *
