Dear Parents,

This summer of 2020, registration for the 2020-21 school year at Jurupa Valley High School will be conducted online.  Please note that if you have multiple students at JVHS you must complete a separate form for each student that attends JVHS.  The 2020-21 JVHS Back to School Required Forms includes completion of the following steps:

1. Providing General information about your student and yourself
2. Completion of the annual online information update though your Q Parent Connect Portal
3. Returning of all textbooks and school materials and the paying all outstanding school fines
4. Reading and Reviewing various sections of the 2020-21 Jurupa Valley HS Student/Parent Handbook
5. Completing of the Opt-Out Form for Non-Release of Student Name, Address, and Phone Number (Optional)
6. Completing of the JVHS School Parent Compact
7. Reading and Reviewing the Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy
8. Expressing your interest in being a part of School Site Council (SSC) and/or English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) (Optional)
9.  Ensuring that your student's academic schedule for the fall 2020 semester is complete and accurate

Este verano de 2020, la inscripción para el año escolar 2020-21 en la Jurupa Valley High School se llevará a cabo en línea. Tenga en cuenta que si tiene varios estudiantes en JVHS, debe completar un formulario por separado para cada estudiante que asista a JVHS. Los formularios requeridos de regreso a la escuela de 2020-21 JVHS incluyen la realización de los siguientes pasos:

9. Asegurarse de que el horario académico de su estudiante para el semestre de otoño 2020 sea completo y preciso
