This is your official registration form for After School Clubs at Ventana Ranch.  If you have not yet secured your spot on Sign Up Genius you must do so before this form will be accepted.  You must fill out this form AND secure your spot on Sign Up Genius before your child will be registered for a club.  You will be contacted via e-mail once your student has all necessary items completed and has been accepted into a club.  When asking for multiple activities or sessions, students might not be placed in them all.  All clubs meet in the cafeteria immediately after school for snack and will run until 3:15.  

Students participating in VRES Afterschool clubs must be currently enrolled at VRES.

If you wish to enroll in Razzle Dazzle, Learner's Chess or Bricks for Kidz, please do so via their individual website.
