All first-time Academic Student Employees (ASEs) are required to attend a New ASE Orientation over zoom with representatives from UAW 2865, the union of ASEs at UC. At this orientation, union leaders will familiarize you with your rights, protections, and benefits as an Academic Student Employee under the UC-UAW 2865 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
