Preschool applications are being accepted for the 21-22 school year.

Please fill out and submit this form to start the application process. This will hold your spot while you mail in the rest of the materials. Be sure to include a first and second choice.

Once you submit this form, download and print the paper application here:
https://www.willmar.k12.mn.us/Page/6242. Follow the instructions as listed.

Once we receive your paper application and other registration materials, we will contact you regarding your registration status. The questionnaire alone does not guarantee placement.

This form will be time stamped so we can place children in the order they are received.

Willmar Public Schools has received funding that is available to families using a sliding fee scale based on the 21-22 Application for Educational Benefits form that will be sent to all families. If your child turns 5 prior to September 1, you will need to cover the tuition cost as they are age-eligible for kindergarten and do not qualify for these funds.
