By-Law Changes: 2.10.2 Changes in By-Laws *
The By-Laws may be altered in the following manner: The proposed changes shall be brought to the Board of Directors for a vote at least one month prior to the Annual Meeting. The membership will vote on these recommended changes at the annual meeting.
By-Law Changes: 3.3 Nominations and Election Process of Directors *
Eliminate: “no later than sixty days” prior to annual meeting -- to allow for nomination of new directors at any time.
By-Law Changes: 5.3.3 Station Manager Search *
Eliminate the entire statement in 5.3.3 -- this applies to the formation of a committee to hire a station manager in 2019 and is no longer needed in the by-laws.
