Waiver of Liability
All participants will need to have a parent or guardian sign UCANR Farm Smart Liability Waiver to be able to participate in the field trip. 
  • Email a signed copy of the pdf to vlanderos@ucanr.edu
  • Bring a signed copy of the waiver on the first day of camp
