2024 Outreach Mission Space and Fundraiser Requests

This form is for current First Cary UMC mission teams, small groups, and ministry partners who are:

1. Wanting to schedule dates to be present in the Mission Spaces to share information with the congregation

2. Wanting to schedule a fundraiser for current First Cary missions and ministry partners.

Please keep in mind that there are a maximum of two fundraisers per month, and outreach fundraising is put on hold during the month of the church’s annual stewardship campaign (typically in October) and during Advent in December or Lent. Mission and fundraising spaces are in Building A and lobby of Building C.

In order to schedule the above, please provide the following information:

What dates are you requesting your fundraiser be held? (No longer than 2 consecutive weekends please) If possible, please include an alternate date in case the calendar is full already. Type N/A if your group is not doing a fundraiser. *

Which dates would you like to reserve the Building A Mission Space? Please type "None" if you do not need to reserve this space.

Please note that the Mission Space is available before and after 8:30 and 11 am worship services

Which date would you like to reserve the Building C lobby to set up a table? Please type "None" if you do not want to set up a table in the space.

If you are hosting a fundraiser, please describe the logistics of your fundraiser, including what help is needed from church staff. Also indicate if fundraiser will be on campus or if it will be off the church's campus.
