Strategies for Non-Verbal Communication, June 13
Raised in Las Animas, Francisco Acosta, is returning to the Arkansas Valley from Los Angeles, to provide educators strategies for instruction.  As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and direct staff trainer/developer of Applied Behavior, Francisco will share his skill in working with students with autism and other non-verbal students.  Strategies and methods for communication will be shared in the morning with actual case study review in the afternoon.  This opportunity will be helpful to educators and para-professionals who work with students with autism and other non-verbal students
