Healthy Habits Group CoachingTuesdays 4/9, 4/23, 5/14, 5/28, 6/11 on Zoom

Whether you are trying to save money, clear clutter, eat more vegetables, get more physically active, or start a new healthy habit of any kind, making changes are easier with support and accountability. Small changes can positively impact your self-esteem, energy level and overall health. Sharing your thoughts, challenges and successes are encouraged and not required. We meet every other week. (Free)

Chronic Illness Support Group – Tuesday, 4/16, on Zoom

Do you suffer from chronic illness and need a group of people to bond and problem-solve with? If so, you may find the balance of work and taking care of yourself sometimes difficult to manage. What are ways to boost your energy? How do you deal with chronic pain? Does the brain fog make it hard to concentrate? Come join us to both learn and share ways of how you can cope with your chronic illness.

Are you taking care of your parents or your in-laws? Do you have caregiving needs? Do you know about assisted living facilities? If you have these questions and more, this is the group for you. Mastering (Peri)Menopause Support Group – Tuesday, 5/21, on Zoom

Do you have questions about the menopausal transition? Or maybe just need support during this time in your life? This is the group for you! Together we will work through the sign/symptoms of menopause, talk about habits to build to help you stay in good health and wellness during this transition, and act as a support group to help us all get through this time-period in our lives.
