Whether you are trying to save money,
clear clutter, eat more vegetables, get more physically active, or start a new
healthy habit of any kind, making changes are easier with support and
accountability. Small changes can positively impact your self-esteem, energy
level and overall health. Sharing your thoughts, challenges and successes are
encouraged and not required. We meet every other week. (Free)
