Qualia Coffee is a local company that has been roasting coffee in DC since 2009. We seek employees with an interest in every aspect of the coffee business from sourcing the raw ingredients to making a great cup of coffee for a customer. As DC's only retail-only roasting label, we control every step of the process from bean to brew and are able to deliver the freshest coffee experience in the DMV directly to the home users.
