Thank you for considering us to present at this time.  Please fill out the following questions so we can book you right away.  Presentation requests need to be submitted at least one week before the date of presentation for a confirmation.  For in-person presentations, we would need at least a 2 week notice.  

This presentation is intended for an adult audience.  If you are looking to find presenters to speak in the middle or high school setting, email us directly so we can connect you to the closest NAMI affiliate .
