*Copy Help in Front Office - assist staff with their photo-copying needs when your schedule allows, and open up their day to support our students

*Lost and Found - help to organize/sort the lost and found.  This can be as big or little of a job as you have time for!

Service Night Planning Committee - help plan the community outreach activities families partake in at Service Night (if you have suggestions for service/outreach activities or organizations we can serve - please share your ideas!) or volunteer at a service station the evening of the event

Art Adventure - an in-classroom volunteer position partnering with the MIA to bring hands-on art-education to our classrooms

Book Fair - Offsite fundraiser for Meadowbrook

Book Swap - held at Meadowbrook, free books for all students (volunteering mostly consists of a few hours sorting the books into categories for the kids to choose from)

Meadowbrook Mingle Planning Committee  - assist with the planning of Meadowbrook's largest fundraiser

Plant Sale Planning Committee - be a part of the committee to plan/execute the plant sale or volunteer to help organize plants and help the day of pickup

*Run Meadowbrook Run Planning Committee - be a part of the committee to plan/execute this fun Spring race or volunteer to help on the day of the race

Spring Fling / Movie Night Planning Committee

*5th Grade Picnic Committee - end of year celebration for our outgoing 5th graders (this will be their last year at Meadowbrook)

Staff Appreciation Committee - show our Meadowbrook staff just how much we appreciate them

Year Before Kindergarten (YBK) Committee - help welcome new families to Meadowbrook

Restaurant Nights Committee - set up fundraising nights with local restaurants/businesses

Display Cases - help to design/decorate the display cases at the school

Box Tops Incentive Coordinator  - get the word out to the Meadowbrook community about this free way to make a few extra dollars for our school

Online School Supplies - Work with school admin/teachers to gather their school supply lists at the end of the year, then advertise to families about where to order. Families can order their supplies in one spot and the PTO gets a percentage of the sales!

Volunteer Database Coordinator - manage the database of potential volunteers and communicate contact information of interested parties to committee leaders (this does NOT mean recruiting volunteers or managing volunteers during events)

Online Directory Coordinator - oversee the platform for the online directory (which is optional for Meadowbrook families to participate in)

Website Coordinator - assist with keeping our website up to date

Currently our website is in Weebly, which is easy to learn!  We are open to a website revamp if you have more experience in that area.

Student Picture Helpers - help during school picture day (and retakes) to ensure students are comfortable and ready for their photo

*Meadowbrook Carnival Planning Committee - assist in the planning of this fun-filled family Carnival

Meadowbrook Carnival Day-of Event Volunteer - assist the day-of at one of many carnival booths (this is the biggest volunteer event of the year - over 200 volunteers were needed in the past!)
