Breezy Acres Labradoodle Application
Application form for a puppy, Thank you for your interest in our litters. This application (and further email/phone/text communication) will provide me with information about your personal preferences and lifestyle.  I will provide regular photos and updates about the litter and respond to your questions and concerns. At approximately 7 weeks we will complete temperament tests with the puppies, and cross-reference the results with the litter applicants to create the best match.  Once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch with you. Please note a $500 non-refundable deposit is requested to confirm your spot in the litter, you can e-transfer to breezyacreslabradoodles@gmail.com.

We will do our best to give you your puppy preferences, it is important to remember Mother Nature plays a role in the number of females/males we have per litter, as well as colours and markings.

A puppy is a huge commitment and requires much time, training and love over many years.  All pups are sold either desexed, or on a strict spay/neuter agreement.  Do you have any questions for us?
