LIABILITY AQUARIAN PLANTS AND THE COURTYARD SALON, it's owners and it's venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the participant property, injury to the participant. The participant holds themselves accountable for all risks involved including loss, damage liability, or injury from any cause. Participant releases and waives any claims against AQUARIAN PLANTS AND THE COURTYARD SALON, it's owners and it's venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY:

Participants are required to provide their own tables, displays, and fixtures - only space is provided. Electricity is not provided.

Participants must provide their own 6' table, 4' table, or 10'x10' pop up canopy along with all table/chairs/displays they require for their setup.

It is required that all Participants hold a valid California state seller's permit required by state law, including any applicable business licenses, licenses, permits, or liability insurance. 

Food and Beverage Participants are required to have all applicable licenses and permits required by the City and County of the event location they are applying for. 

Participant Cancellation:
There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee. Special accommodations may be made based on a case-by-case basis. 

Outdoor Event Postponements:
Participants of outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions will be given a credit toward a future market. No refunds will be given to participants for outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions or conditions beyond the organizer's control.

What To Expect
If your application is accepted you will receive an email indicating your acceptance and further details. Due to the large amount of applications we receive, you will have 24 hours to respond or your acceptance will be forfeited. If you are unable to confirm within 24 hours you will be required to re-apply.
