Becoming a panelist, a council member or invited to workshops can be beneficial for you and NIH. Special research opportunities now available for COVID-19 funding will be discussed. NIH recently received emergency funding for COVID-19 related activities that provide over $1.7 billion new dollars across 6 institutes and the Office of the Director. NIH wants to get “additional funding quickly to those researchers who are already working with other organisms, models, or tools so that they can quickly shift focus to the novel coronavirus.”
