We are opening up registrations for the AFTERNOON SESSION to ALL AGED RIDERS!
 
MORNING SESSION: 8:00AM - 11:30AM
             **YOUTH RIDERS ONLY (18 and under)**
                         
AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:00PM - 4:30PM  
             **OPEN TO ALL AGED RIDERS**

A Play Day designed specifically for our YOUTH RIDERS (18 and under).  If you are interested in trying something new with your students or you are 18 and under and want to try something new with your horse, this day is for you!  

*** The course will only be open to riders 18 and under this day. ***
   ** Trainers are welcome on the course with their students **

Although, there will be no actual instruction during the Course Play Days;  someone from Double C will be on the course, if you have any questions.
 
$70/horse (includes the $10 Course Maintenance Fee).  Pre-registration and full payment are required to hold your spot.  Register quickly as space is limited!  

Please choose between our two sessions.  We will try to honor everyone's time slot request... but changes may be necessary to ensure a balance of riders in each session.

               MORNING SESSION: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM  YOUTH RIDERS ONLY (18 and under)
                           *Everyone must be off the grounds no later than 12:00 PM

               AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM  ALL AGED RIDERS
                           *Please do not arrive earlier than 12:30 PM

        *The farm drive is a single lane.  Incoming and outgoing vehicles cannot pass.  We want
          to avoid any crossover between the two sessions.

All paperwork MUST be received prior to the event.  Photos of all paperwork will be accepted!

Please email a current copy of your Coggins along with your completed Liability Waiver/Release to doublecfarmllc@yahoo.com.  Waivers can be found on the events page of the website www.doublecfarm.net/events.html.  

We are keeping a log of all 2021 coggins records. If your coggins will be valid throughout the entire season, you only need to submit it ONCE.

For safety reasons and to ensure everyone gets ample opportunity on the obstacles, we will allow groups of 10-12 riders on the course at a time.  We will rotate groups every 20 minutes and will continue this cycle until the end of the event.  Everyone will receive numerous rotations on the course.

Riders 18 years and under MUST wear a helmet when mounted or when on the course (in-hand or mounted).

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation may be submitted up to 10 days prior to the date of the event and are subject to a $20 administration fee.  Although no refunds will be given within 10 days of the event, you have the option of transferring/selling your spot to another individual.
