Membership to The Attic Theatrical requires a one off/annual fee for the year of membership for 2021.

Membership is from 1 January to 31 December each year.

YOU MUST BE A FINANCIAL MEMBER TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN AN ACTIVITY WITH THE ATTIC THEATRICAL - Please NOTE: All 2020 memberships will be carried over until December 2021 and will be eligible for renewal in 2022

**All Adult Members MUST have a current Working with Children Number and will be asked to supply upon participation of an event with The Attic Theatrical. If applicable, you can provide us with your number on this form
