PLEASE READ..........Welcome current and future Coyotes! This summer, our Coyote Clinic will run from August 8th-9th and 11th-13th, from 8-11 AM on the Calabasas Stadium Field. We ask for a $350 donation to cover a daily lunch for each camper and field/coaches' fees, with all profits going back into the program. In order to register, first complete this form, and then pay by clicking on the following link (https://rb.gy/fjrcvw). We will also accept checks made out to 'CHS Coyote Club'. Please complete this process by August 1st to participate. We hope to see you there!

Participants will have the opportunity to eat lunch with each other from 11 AM - Noon each day after the Coyote Clinic. Boxed lunches will be provided from Mendocino Farms, and will include a sandwich, chips, a cookie, and water. Please select which type of sandwich you or your child would like to have for each day, and refer to the following website for specific ingredients - https://www.mendocinofarms.com/menus/. Also, please know that we can only offer the sandwiches listed on this form.
