Do you agree to never breed these rats. If you are looking for breeders you will need to tell me as my Breeders are different then my pets.   *
If you end up with a OOPS litter you are required to contact me and return the mother for the pregnancy. After she will be returned. If a Male rat(s) is bred out of contract he/(they) must be returned. Can you agree to this.   *
If you ever have to rehome your rats for any reason can you agree to contact Wasteland Rattery first? We will always take in rats we produces no questions asked. *
