WAŻNE INFORMACJE:

1. Formularz jest przeznaczony TYLKO dla studentów/doktorantów/stażystów Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Nie mamy możliwość przydzielenia miejsc osobom niezwiązanym z Uniwersytetem Warszawskim. 

2. Miejsca będą przydzielane, zgodnie z kolejnością zgłoszeń - tak szybko jak tylko będzie to możliwe. Przydzielenie miejsca potwierdzimy wiadomością mailową. Brak informacji zwrotnej oznacza, że nie ma miejsca, które moglibyśmy przyznać.

3. W ramach listy rezerwowej nie ma możliwości wyboru akademika - przydzielamy pierwsze dostępne miejsce.

4. Formularz nie służy wymianie miejsc - nie będą przyjmowane zgłoszenia od osób, które otrzymały już miejsce w Akademikach UW na rok 2023/24.

Dear all,

we are launching a reserve list - for UW students/doctoral students/interns who have not yet received a place in UW dormitories for the 2023/24 academic year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. The form is for UW students/doctoral students/trainees only. We are not able to allocate places to people who are not affiliated with the University of Warsaw.
2. Places will be allocated, on a first-come, first-served basis - as soon as possible. We will confirm the allocation of a place by email. No feedback means that there is no place we can allocate.
3. There is no dormitory choice within the reserve list - we will allocate the first available place.
4. The form is not for the exchange of places - no applications will be accepted from people who have already been allocated a place in UW Dorms for 2023/24.
