Join Julie and Lauren of Sacred Sounds on Thursday, June 22 to nourish your mind, body, and spirit through this 3 hour intentional immersive sound experience.
We will join in circle and be guided inward to discover the nourishment needed to grow and evolve during this summer solstice.
You will then be serenaded with the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, as well as vocal toning and mantras to deepen your experience and synergize healing.
Bring a journal and pen, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss.
Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the intentional vibrations of the sound bath.
