Student Services Referral (Parent and Family)
Parents, Guardians, and Caretakers. The Counselors at the School District of Cadott Community are available to assist your Cadott Student in several ways through individual personal counseling to support them in their social emotional growth and well being as well as with mental health concerns. In addition we are also available for academic advisement and college and career planning.

If you feel that your Cadott Student would benefit from support from their school counselor please complete this form and Mr. Nelson or Mrs. Tolle will connect with your student. Mr. Nelson assists students whose last names begin with A-K and Mrs. Tolle assists with students whose last names begin with L-Z.
