Summer Kids Club 2019
REGISTRATION FORM

Kids Club Saigon is offering a fun-filled Summer Program from July 15th through August 23rd. Families can enroll by the week according to the following schedule:

Week 1: July 15-July 19
Week 2: July 22-July 26
Week 3: July 29-August 2
Week 4: August 5-August 9
Week 5: August 12-August 16
Week 6: August 19-August 23

There is a minimum enrollment period of at least one week.

- Please fill out this Registration Form and we will confirm receipt of your form within 3 working days.
- Confirmation of your child's campus (and program details) will be emailed to you before June.

Kindly note that your child's registration is NOT completed until the registration forms and full payment are received by the KCS office. Please see below for Summer 2019 Program Fees.

** DISCOUNT: We offer a 10% discount for one-time payments of 4 or more weeks.

** LATE ENROLLMENT:  Payment will be due by the Friday before the child's week of attendance.

** PAYMENT POLICY: Once payment is made, no refund, credit, or transfer will be allowed.    

**TRANPORTATION: Pickup/dropoff service is available for a fee. Please see Transportation Request Form and register upon enrollment, or at least one week prior to the start of your child’s summer attendance.
