2024 SPX Alive in You Mission Trip Application
Welcome! Thank you for applying for our 2024 Alive in You Mission Trip to Nashville, TN.  Our trip will be from June 18th to June 23rd.  We want to start to the process of finding out who would want to join us!

1. Please take time to prayerfully consider if you want to attend.  When you are ready, fill out the form.  Forms need to be submitted by Wednesday, April 17th.  The cost is still being finalized but will be no more than $700 per student.  This will cover trip registration, transportation, room and board and free day activities.

2. Because we have not had a mission trip in several years and are unsure of interest, spots are very limited.  Seniors will be given priority as it is their last opportunity to participate in a mission trip with St. Pius X.  If there is greater interest, we can explore obtaining more spots, so if you are interested at all, please fill out the form.

3. Upon completing this application, we will send you a follow up e-mail with instructions on teacher recommendations. A teacher recommendation is necessary for this application process. They will be completed via Google Forms. This recommendation is a necessary part of your application and will not be considered complete until we have received it.

My parent/guardian and I understand that being a part of the mission team is a 3 month commitment that entails attending all meetings and being a witness of the mission and values of the SPX mission program as well as the mission and values of St. Pius X Catholic High School. I understand that failure to fulfill these obligations can result in dismissal from the mission team. *
I understand there is possible cost of $700 per student, and any fundraising that does not cover this cost will be charged via FACTS. *
My parent/legal guardian and I understand that if selected for this year's mission team, a $150 deposit (included in the overall cost not in addition to) will be charged to my FACTS account in May. *
