Thank you for signing up to join the Girls Rock Philly showcase or recording crew!

The Saturday Showcases is an exciting day for our community to come together, see camper bands perform original songs, and celebrate. They are also important days for getting new folks interested in Girls Rock Philly and raising funds to support our ongoing work.

Sunday recording is the culminating day of camp for our campers. Each band arrives at the recording studio with their band coaches at their given time slot and records their song!

Shifts: (*10am - 5pm) & (11am - 4pm)

PLEASE NOTE: If you will be apart of the *Roadie Crew* on Saturday, you will need to be available for load in starting at 10.

Teen and Youth Sunday Recording: July 16th

Shifts: (10am - 2:30pm) and (2:30pm - 7:00pm)

If you are interested in volunteering at a Saturday Showcase, which roles are you interested in? *

Positions are open to all genders unless otherwise noted. Music experience required where noted.

Roadie Crew: load-in and load-out gear and equipment needed for the show!

Stage Manager: support campers behind the scenes and set up stage between performers (music experience required / women, trans and gender non-conforming people prioritized)

Door Crew: sell tickets and welcome attendees to the show!

Merch Table/Raffle tickets: manage merch payments and raffle sales

Photographer/ Videographer: capture the amazing camper performances

Social media: post the magic onto GRP's social media's channels in live-time!

Donation Fairies: Walking through the crowd with donation bucket, wearing fun fairy wing costumes!

Testimonials: In between songs, give a brief testimonial on the impact that GRP has had on you!
