Instructions for required documents for Pan-Icarian Foundation Scholarship Application
All applicants must complete and submit the online Pan-Icarian Foundation Scholarship Application prior to July 15 which can be found at https://pan-icarian.com/scholarships/.
All applicants and/or a parent must be a member in good standing of a Pan-Icarian chapter. Or, in special cases, are a member-at-large (membership with the national lodge but not a chapter). Membership in good standing is defined as:
o Chapter or national membership dues must have been paid in each of the three (3) prior, consecutive years and the current year.
o A letter of good standing from a currently serving chapter officer confirming membership and dues can be emailed to scholarships@pan-icarian.com no later than July 15.

The undergraduate scholarship can only be awarded twice during your undergraduate matriculation, and once during your graduate matriculation

Graduating High School Seniors
Minimum GPA requirement for Undergraduate Merit Scholarship and Graduate Scholarship is 3.00
In addition to the letter of good standing, all graduating high school seniors applying for scholarship are required to submit the following no later than July 15:
Official academic transcript
Letter of admission to institution of higher learning
One letter of recommendation
These documents should be emailed to scholarships@pan-icarian.com.
Undergraduate Scholarship requirements (need-based and merit-based)
In addition to the letter of good standing, all undergraduate scholarship applicants are required to submit the following no later than July 15:
Most current, official academic transcript.
o The Bursar’s / Registrar’s Office needs to email a copy of the transcript to scholarships@pan-icarian.com. (If this cannot be accommodated by the academic institution, applicant should email scholarships@pan-icarian.com to make other arrangements for the official transcript to be received.)
Graduate Scholarship
Minimum GPA requirement for Undergraduate Needs-Based Scholarship is 2.50

In addition to the letter of good standing, all graduate scholarship applicants are required to submit the following no later than July 15:
Most current, official academic transcript.
o The Bursar’s / Registrar’s Office needs to email a copy of the transcript to scholarships@pan-icarian.com. (If this cannot be accommodated by the academic institution, applicant should email scholarships@pan-icarian.com to make other arrangements for the official transcript to be received.)
Applicants who are entering their first year of graduate school must provide a letter of admission to the academic institution.


Note from Scholarship Committee Chair: All applicants are responsible for confirming their application documents are received by the Scholarship Committee in full prior to July 15. This can be done by emailing scholarships@pan-icarian.com.
