Full Facility Rental (3 hour minimum) $125 hourly (DSH discounted rate $100)

Please note that all rentals are scheduled and charged from walk in to walk out. If you require set up and break down time, make sure to include that in your time request. For classes and rehearsal we highly suggest that you factor at least 15mins prior to and after the event schedule to allow for arrival and departure. You should not expect to be able to enter the space before your scheduled time and you should be leaving the space at the end of your scheduled time.

All studios have WiFi connectivity and are equipped with a sound system that has Bluetooth connectivity as well as a 3.5 mm Stereo Aux Cable. Phone and Tablet Adapters/Dongles not provided. 

Please note that some rentals my include an additional $15 an hour fee if it falls outside our hours of operation or the number of participants require additional staff support.
