Communications -- promote future meetings/events, develop materials for public education, help identify ways to reach a broad span of the community across Montgomery county

Events/Programs -- will assist in planning future meetings, public education events, engaging programs for students, conversations for reconciliation, etc.

Governance -- will develop mission statement and core values/principles of coalition and assist with operations (i.e. collecting e-mails, building databases, maintaining meeting notes, etc.)

Research -- will help document and compile history of racial terror and the work/activities of the coalition
