This is a wait list for the Fall 2024 Driver's Education Segment #1. The cost is $425. Parent meeting at ADJ cafeteria - date and time TBD. Your student must be 14 years and 8 months by the start of the class. If you are interested, please fill out this form + the school district will reach out to confirm your registration.

As parent or guardian of the student listed above I agree:

1. To pay the $425 participation fee on/or before April 2, 2024 to the Bessemer Area School District. This fee is non-refundable. If your student does not fulfill their obligation to attend class and driving sessions, no refund will be given once this form is returned and payment is made.

2. Attest that your student will attend all classes & driving session outlined by Driver’s Education Instructor.
