Sunshine66 2023--- Vendor Application

Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in vending Sunshine 66 Hotel Music Festival! 

Take a trip down Route 66 and join us at the Illinois state capital for the Sunshine 66 Hotel Music Festival in Springfield, IL. Event includes live music Friday and Saturday in the hotel ballroom with craft vendors and more!

Vendors are an important part of the show.  We offer the following info and policies and hope our hotel fest is a good fit for your business this year.

Vending Info and Policies

Event Location: 

Route 66 Hotel and Conference Center  
625 E St Joseph  
Springfield IL 

Event Dates: 

Friday March 31st, 2023- Sunday April 2, 2023

Venue open to public Friday at 5pm and closes after music ends early Sun Morning

Load In: Friday March 31 2pm.     
Load Out: Sunday April 2nd, 2023 by NOON

Vending spaces will be limited to 12 tables.  We hope to offer a wide variety of products to the patrons.

Vendors are encouraged to stay open as long as possible during event hours.
Music hours are 5pm-3am Friday and 11am - 3am on Saturday.

This is a hotel event.  You will need to purchase your room separately if you would like to stay at the hotel. Rooms can be obtained at a discounted rate by calling 217-529-6626  and mentioning Sunshine 66 Room Block. Previous years the hotel has sold out, other options within a couple of blocks are available.


Vending Fee is $120. 

This is for a 6-8 ft space for a table,  please bring your own table if possible, if not please make note in application.  One GA wristband included.  

Your business and any of the people working for your business actions must meet all local, county, state, and federal laws.   

No Glass,  No Dogs,  No Drugs, No Roaming Vending, No Weapons, No Fireworks, No Illegal Sales

You must leave your vend space as you found it and completely remove all rubbish and debris.  
  
Cancellation Policy:  This is a rain or shine event.  We have a No Refund policy.

Any information needing attention will be addressed by email prior to this step.  
We have a No Refund cancellation policy for this event.

We agree not sell or otherwise use your information collected for purposes other than direct business of the event you are applying for without your direct consent.
