GFS Summer Camp Registration
Please use the following form to register your child for our Greenwood Friends School 2021 Summer Camp offerings. Please fill out A REGISTRATION FORM/SUBMISSION FOR EACH CHILD.
Participant spaces are limited, and only fully registered campers (completed form AND subsequent payment) will have a space reserved. (You will receive an invoice via email for payment AFTER registering.)
These are "rain or shine" camps, so campers will need to dress appropriately for any expected weather. In addition, campers will need to pack their lunches each day and should also bring a refillable water bottle. At this time, all campers are required to have an appropriate face covering while on school property.
Drop-off time is 8:30am at Greenwood Friends School (1509 State Route 254, Millville, PA.)
Pick-up time is 3pm at the same location.

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS FORM:
You will soon receive an email at the provided address that includes an invoice for your total registration submissions. It will also include a link for payment (to make things convenient), and additional forms that must be completed and submitted before the start of camp. The following fee chart shows what you can expect on the invoice based on the number of registrations submitted per family (multiple children and/or multiple camps).
Fee Chart:
1st camp registration = $175
2nd camp registration = $170
3rd camp registration = $165
4th camp registration = $160
5th camp registration = $155
Etc....
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
