TRIUMPH TRAFFIC RECRUITMENT FORM
Starting out as a TCP/Flagger you will be required to control the flow of traffic around road construction sites, erect warning and detour signs, position traffic cones and barricades, and inform the construction crew of any safety hazards.
TCP position requires significant and regular manual physical effort, including being on your feet for the entire day, moving traffic control delineators, barrels, signage, etc. You must be able to handle a traffic paddle, often overhead, for long durations and as required to control the flow of traffic.

We are a busy company all season. However, there are no guaranteed hours of work. Are you comfortable with that? *
We offer benefits after 3 months of employment with us. Do you wish to enrol for benefits after probation? *
Are you are to be to work in all type of weather condition? *
Are you comfortable with the starting wage of $17.50/hr with 8.8%vacation pay as a TCP? *
After the completion of 700 hours of work, you qualify for a wage review. If you have more than 1year experience as a TCP, reach out to our HR.
