Welcome to Juneau Vaudeville Entertainment.

We are excited that you have showed interest in joining our show.  This survey asks important questions about your performance and about you so we can provide you with the best possible support as a performer. Filling out this survey form is required in order to be included in the lineup for our production.

A little about Juneau Vaudeville...
Juneau Vaudeville Entertainment was formed by Chelsea Elliott and Josh Rue in 2021.  After over a year of dedicating ourselves to making this troupe a reality, we at long last put on our first show in February of 2022.  We have had the absolute pleasure of meeting truly wonderful performers along the way that helped put some soul, personality, and pizzazz into our little show and we couldn't be happier to serve and benefit from such a creative artistic community.  It has been a fun and exciting learning experience ever since we began.

Now that we got that out of the way, let's get to know a little bit about you and what you would like to bring to the show.  It is best if you know what your act will be before filling out this form.  Take your time answering the questions.  If there is anything that was missed don't hesitate to reach out to our production team.

MP3 is preferred but not required, we can help you convert your song files if needed.  Songs with title and artist, YouTube videos of the song, etc will be accepted; please send music early if not in final form.
How long is your set? *
Do you have an intro that you would like used for your set or anything specific that you would like to be included when the host introduces your act?  Anything you would prefer we leave out?  Are you being introduced under your real name or your stage name for this act? *

Please go into detail about what you'd like on stage for your act (stool, chair, etc.) and items you may be dropping during your act so the stagehands can collect them for you.
Where are you starting your act? *
Our default entrance is from backstage and performers make their way to the stage and work the crowd as fits per act.  Are you doing a special entrance from somewhere different?  Are you starting onstage?
We are a troupe that supports one another. Would you be interested in helping out with tip collecting? *
Are you okay with the audience members taking photos/videos?  If no, the host will make this known before your act. *
Are you okay with a hired photographer or member of our team taking photos/videos?  (if one is available)
