The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent will be contacting you via email to help coordinate your participation during Public Comments or during the Public Hearing*. If a request is submitted, please be connected to the Zoom Meeting and prepared to share your comments. If you need any assistance during this process please email kflores@swhittier.net.

Your remarks will be limited to three minutes.  We ask that you confine your comments to new ideas, to avoid repeating what has already been said.  Comments on the same topic will be limited to a maximum of 21 minutes.  Please do not refer specifically to any student(s), employee(s), parent(s) or other individuals, whether by name or other identifying information, in a derogatory or potentially offensive manner.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
