In the case of Covid-19, this survey was opened to provide communication with the KTH administration for students who don't get the desired efficiency in terms of the education and using the facilities of the university and want to reduce the high amount of tuition fee (for tuition fee-paying students) or get financial support (for non-tuition fee-paying students)
