1. An invoice will be sent as soon as we receive this form.

2. Your place is only reserved once a 50% deposit has been received.

3. Discounts: A 10% discount will be given for any two courses booked and paid for. A 15% discount will be given for any three or more courses booked.

4. Cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any course cancelled less than 14 days prior to the date of the course. No refund will be given for any course cancelled less than 2 days prior to the date of the course. A full refund will be given if any course is cancelled by Stargate Computing & Electronics cc.

5. Accommodation must be organised by the individual at an establishment of their choice.
