You must complete as much information as possible on this form when requesting duplicate/replacement tickets.  There are mandatory fields that need completing in order that the correct tickets are identified and replaced.  If you have purchased your tickets through Harlequins you will need to request replacement tickets through them.  

Once you have submitted your form,  only the person nominated will be able to collect the replacement ticket(s) on event day from the Twickenham Stadium Ticket Office.  We are situated at the South East corner of the stadium, next to the Virgin Active Gym.  The RFU Ticket Office will be open from 12.30 pm on Saturday 28  December 2019.

Please ensure the person nominated to collect the tickets arrives at least one hour prior to kick off and that they have photographic proof of identification ready.
 
You may also opt for your replacement ticket(s) to be sent as a Mobile  ticket(s). If you select this option, you will be required to download and register the Twickenham Stadium App.  You will receive an email guide with details of how to do this.
