September 6 / Welcome get-together, at 19:30 in Sidrerija Riga (20 EUR/pers.)

September 7 / Official opening of the "Riga Food" and award ceremony of NICA competition (11:00-12:00)

September 7 / Cider Festival (starts ~12:00) in "Riga Food" as an exhibitor with my cider. For international cider producers - participation (2-3h) free of charge. Tasting for invited guests and professionals, for general public - cider tokens will be available for purchase.

September 7 / Dinner, at 19:30 in Riga (40 EUR/pers.)

September 8 / Cider seminar (9:30-13:00) - international and Baltic cider makers, in "Riga Food" seminar hall

September 8 / Cider Tour, departure at 14:00 - visits to Latvian cider makers - Abava Winery and Sabile Cider + dinner at the restaurant "Restoterase" in Sabile

September 9 / Latvian Cider Route Tour (9:00-19:30) - Turkalne Cider, Mr. Plūme Cider, Līgatne Winery and restaurant Pavaru maja
